    Incorporated in 2021. The brand "We" belongs to R Fashion House Private Limited. "We" here stands for Women with Elegance. We stand for Women Empowerment. So all workers here view these clothes as a tool for self-expression & self-Love, defining our core values.

    We collect these handloom Ikat fabrics from different weavers in Odisha. We aim to make only the finest skin-friendly clothing using fabrics that are purely Indian.

A Message from the Founder cum Managing Director

Ms. Romee Das

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share a personal journey that has become incredibly dear to my heart.

In 2020, I founded R Fashion House Pvt Ltd with a mission that goes beyond fashion – it's about uplifting the lives of underprivileged women and children in Odisha. As both an Ollywood actress and a social worker, I've been exposed to the stories of hardship faced by the wonderful people of Odisha. My journey led me to work closely with social organizations, orphanages, and NGOs dedicated to the betterment of socially backward communities in the region.

When I stepped into the world of fashion design, I discovered the mesmerizing handloom tradition of Odisha. The craftsmanship of Odia artisans captured my heart, and it became a source of inspiration for something truly special. I envisioned creating a space that not only showcased the beauty of traditional handloom but also became a catalyst for women's empowerment.

Thus, "We Handloom" was born, a flagship brand of R Fashion House Pvt Ltd. Our focus is on manufacturing modern and ethnic garments using Ikat fabric with a touch of Kantha Stitch. Beyond just creating beautiful pieces, this initiative is a tribute to the incredible handloom workers and a means of generating income for the amazing girls and women working with us, making them self-reliant.

I am deeply committed to promoting the handloom industry of Odisha and empowering the women in our society. Through skill-building initiatives and collaborations with local women's groups in villages around Bhubaneswar, we are not just creating fashion; we are fostering a sense of independence and self-worth.
